I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with experience working in the clinical, community, and management setting. I have counseled both in- and out-patients. I work with individuals to meet their nutrition and health goals. I love teaching people about nutrition.
I have a Nutrition Certification from Montclair State University and completed my dietetic internship with the ARAMARK Distance Learning Internship.
In addition to being a Registered Dietitian I also hold a Bachelors Degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University and have seven years experience working in the media side of advertising. Coming from a corporate environment, I understand the burden of working long hours and trying to maintain a healthy life.
I am currently residing in NJ. My passions include nutrition, health, wellness, writing, and music. I have a love for helping people attain healthy lifestyles through positive behavioral changes.
I truly believe that taking control of your diet will change your life. It has happened for me and I want to help others make it happen for them. Giving people the knowledge to make better food choices in turn will give them a healthier existence and a new lease on life.
If you can change one person’s mind about nutrition it is like paying it forward; they will tell someone else and eventually it will spread like wildfire.
